I decided that since I will be doing sound post on Amit's next feature, that I will do it under a brand rather than my personal name. Then in the future I can continue to build on that and hopefully offer this service to other independent productions. the reason being is that although there are several audio post facilities in Auckland, there is not a real low-cost alternative for independents that I am aware of. Also, sound onlining is something that I really came to like while working on Memories of Tomorrow. The idea for the business is to offer a flat rate for complete sound post solution, at which independent productions can afford. The purpose at the start will be to just support such type projects and to get involved with this community. If I see there is a large demand for this, I will definitely expand this idea to it's full potential.
