I just bought a car for $800 NZD. It is a 88 Mazda Familia which is supposed to be the same thing as a Ford Laser. I am unfamiliar with both model names and also confused as to why Fords and Mazdas are the same thing here in New Zealand. It will be nice to regain the freedom of transport though. I was feeling very confined to North Shore suburbia. In some ways I might miss the meditation time my walking provided but I don't think I'll miss it that much.
